At Coffee Station Private Limited, we take great care to ensure every cake meets our quality standards and your expectations. Please review our refund and return policy below before placing an order.
1. General Policy
We do not offer refunds unless the issue is entirely due to an error on our end. Each case will be carefully reviewed to ensure fair handling.
2. Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported at the time of order collection or delivery. Reports can be made through any form of communication (phone, email, WhatsApp, or in person), along with clear photos or other proof of the problem.
3. Product Return for Inspection
In cases where a refund or replacement is requested, the customer may be required to return the product (or a portion of it) for quality inspection and verification.
4. Delivery Policy
All deliveries are handled through third-party delivery partners.
If the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery, the order will be returned to Coffee Station. Any additional delivery or handling fees will need to be borne by the customer for redelivery.
5. Design and Color Variations
Please note that minor variations in color, design, or decoration may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
6. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following rare cases:

Severe product damage clearly caused before handover or delivery.
All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on payment provider policies.
